In order to express the great gratitude to the Board of Directors and employees for their dedication in the last year, on 20 December 2022, TTVN Group held a vacation trip to Glory Resort – Son Tay in combination with a series of events such as Team building, Gala dinner and the arts competition named “Colours of TTVN” that created a playground for all members in TTVN’s common house to show their solidarity, physical strength, agility and ingenuity and psychological relief after busy working days.<\/p>\n

\nMembers of TTVN group participated in the Team building happily and unitedly<\/p>\n

Under a little bit cold weather, colours were covered on the playground with 3 teams playing equally, with equal strength, carrying the spirit of “determination to fight and determination to win”. In addition, the direct participation of the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Vietnam Group cheered and encouraged the teams to \u201cplay their best\u201d.<\/p>\n

It can be said that Team building is one of the activities that both exercise health and connect members in the best way. In addition, it also fostered spiritual health when the members’ shouts and laughter resounded throughout the world.<\/p>\n

Most of the games are fully balanced with challenging elements of physical strength, memory and intelligence such as riding horses and throwing rings, opening the conical hats to find pairs of objects, balancing to cross the bridges and decoding the encoding letters to open gift boxes that made the employees of TTVN Group enjoy the most wonderful, meaningful and funny afternoon.<\/p>\n

Following the Team building activity was the program “Colours of TTVN” in combination with Gala dinner – a talent competition of TTVN Group members. Each department and units, each individual had an unique color, and this is the golden time for everyone to show their talents.<\/p>\n

The special art performances from 8 departments and units, which had been meticulously prepared and practiced for more than a month, including holidays and kept secret until the last moment, made a strong impression and many surprises for the Board of Directors of the Group – the powerful judges of the competition.<\/p>\n

Through the talent competition of “Colours of TTVN”, the employees of TTVN Group demonstrated that they not only know how to work professionally but also are very talented and creative through a variety of the performances such as: magic, drama, dance, singing… Each departments and units had their own theme and genre which was unique and spectacular that made the judges difficult to select the team for the first prize.<\/p>\n
