Job description
- Carrying out project work from the time of promotion, looking for investment opportunities, conducting market research, evaluating and calculating the investment efficiency of the project, looking for investment cooperation partners, selecting real investors. project implementation, investment cooperation method and investment structure.
- Participating in working directly with foreign partners from the time of investment preparation to the completion of project acceptance; Using financial models to analyze and forecast the efficiency of investment projects (60-70% of the workload), including M&A projects;
- Firmly grasp the requirements of projects to exchange and select partners in accordance with the guidelines of the Board of Directors and meet the regulations of the FRM agency;
- The tasks of monitoring, evaluation and reporting in the process of investment implementation: implementing investment monitoring and evaluation according to the Company’s regulations; Periodically evaluate and report project implementation results to the Board of Directors, monitor project effectiveness after investment;
- Coordinating with related departments to implement project management;
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Competency Requirements
- Education: University graduate or higher majoring in Economics, Finance, Investment…
- Experience: At least 03 years of experience, including 02 years of experience in investment analysis or financial analysis in the field of energy/real estate project investment; Priority is given to UVs who have worked as auditors/investors of companies in the energy/real estate sector.
- English: Good use of 04 skills is a must;
- Strong communication, presentation, planning and reporting skills; Proficient in computer software (Microsoft Office, Ppt, …)
- Have analytical, evaluation and control skills; investment project formulation and appraisal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in groups;
- Comply with professional ethics, confidentiality principles.Honesty, initiative, responsibility at work.
