Sticking with the motto “GROW TOGETHER”, TTVN Group has successfully gathered a team of professional experts, both from domestic and abroad, with many years of experience in the fields of public administration, corporate governance, finance and banking. These experts are perceptive and audacious with the market development, daring to become a pioneer in new business sectors while seeking disruptive breakthrough in traditional businesses, showing empathy and willingness to share benefits with partners and customers, creating opportunities for other members of the Group to grow, therefore, attracting various partners, both domestic and abroad, to cooperate with TTVN Group our projects. Within the next five to ten years, TTVN Group will place
our priority in renewable energy and real estate
development, with emphasis being placed on wind
power and LNG power projects. With solid
achievement in the clean energy development sector,
we also plan to participate in the carbon credit market,
which is heating up after the success of the United
Nations Climate Change Summit 2021 COP-26. In the
Real Estate sector, our projects aim at creating
attractive investment opportunities with good value
and high liquidity, in the form of luxurious and modern
architectural products, synchronous infrastructure,
professional management, in a nature-friendly and
energy-saving environment, respecting sustainable
development criteria. To continue on our direction, we greatly appreciate all support and facilitation from the Central and local authorities. In June 2015, targeted to operate as a multi-industry firm and increased charter capital to VND 100 billion.
In December 2015, TEG - the stock ticker of Truong Thanh Energy & Real Estate Joint Stock Company - a subsidiary of TTVN Group was listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).
Increased the charter capital to VND 800 billion and invested in three solar power projects with a total capacity of 357MW in Phu Yen, Quang Ngai, and Binh Dinh provinces.
In March 2018, TEG stock ticker of Truong Thanh Energy & Real Estate Joint Stock Company - a subsidiary of TTVN Group moved its listing from HNX to Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE).
In June 2019, completed construction and put into commercial operation three solar power plants: Binh Nguyen (Quang Ngai); Cat Hiep (Binh Dinh); Hoa Hoi (Phu Yen). TTVN Group became one of the top three
enterprises in Vietnam, producing 8% of the country's renewable electricity generation market share (as of 30 June
2019). Further increased charter capital to VND 1,000 billion.
Commenced construction of V1-2 nearshore wind farm with a capacity of 48 MW in Tra Vinh province.
Entered into a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Kumagai Gumi Corporation (Japan) to co-develop future renewable energy projects.
In October 2021, completed construction and put into commercial operation of V1-2 wind farm in Tra Vinh Province.
Increased charter capital to VND 1,200 billion.
Truong Thanh Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company successfully auctioned 10 million shares to the public with a total value of VND 106 billion.
Commenced construction of Bai Xep beach resort project.
Established a consortium with two major Japanese partners to invest in a LNG project.
Completed the charter capital increase to VND 3,200 billion.
