We currently have 14 real estate projects, either directly implemented by TTVN Group or through our subsidiaries or affiliates. We have completed the Phase 1 of Xuan An New Urban Area with a scale of 27 ha in Xuan An, Nghi Xuan, Ha Tinh Province and Nghia An Rural Housing – Trade – Service Area with a scale of 278 ha in Nghia An commune, Quang Ngai Province; “Bai Xep Beach Resort – Villa Project” with a scale of 2.7 ha in Quy Nhon city is under construction.; “Hoi Van Hot Spring Resort and healthcare” project with a scale of 42ha in Binh Dinh Province is in the process of site clearance. The other projects such as: “Resorts and Experience” with a scale of over 210 hectares in Bac Kan Province; “Truong Thanh Residential Area” with a scale of 8.55 hectares in Hung Yen Province; “Tam Lac Urban Area” with a scale of 116 hectares; and “Urban Residential and Commercial Area” with a scale of 32.8 hectares in Thai Binh Province; “Nami Lakeside Building” with a scale of 1ha, “Cat Hiep Industrial Complex” with a scale of 50ha in Binh Dinh Province; “Vam Co Tay Residential and Eco-tourism Area” with a scale of 110 hectares in Long An Province; “Truong Thanh Riverside Building” with an area of 0.25ha, “Residential and Commercial Service Area” with a scale of 25.92ha and “Dai Truong Industrial – Urban – Service Park” with a scale of 1,241ha in Tra Vinh Province are under the process of finalizing legal procedures.
