Born in 1970. Mr. Loi graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from Hanoi Academy of Finance; a Master of Business Administration from Northcentral University (USA).
As a financial expert with many years of experience in business management and administration, Mr. Loi has previously been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Vincom Joint Stock Company (now Vingroup), CEO of SHS Securities Joint Stock Company. He made positive contribution to Vingroup’s financial accounting and internal control system; and has led SHS to become one of the leading securities companies in Vietnam.
