On October 25, 2016, Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 3759/QD-UBND and Decision No 3760/QD-UBND approving the detailed construction planning project of 1/500 rate for Casa Maria Island beach resort project at Hon Ngang Island Hon Dat Island, and Bai Xep international beach resort project and Project (Ghenh Rang ward – Binh Dinh) for investor Truong Thanh Quy Nhon Investment Joint Stock Company (a member company of TTVN).
For the project of Casa Maria Island beach resort at Hon Ngang Island and Hon Dat Island, the total area used onshore and underwater is nearly 600,000 m2. The project includes tourism facilities such as restaurants, hotels, Bungalows, resort villas, cruise ships, sea entertainment services, sports services, golf courses, associated with aquaculture and marine protection activities. The connection between modern hotels, villas, and service houses with green space and open water surface in harmony with the natural environment creates an ideal amusement park, resort, and tourism area for tourists.
A special feature of the project is to arrange 03 parking lots for helicopters and 04 tourist piers in parallel with an internal traffic system of 3-4m wide with stops, turning points and guardrails creating convenient traffic planning for passengers to travel, relax and have fun on the island.
The Bai Xep international beach resort project is approved for construction with a scale of 188,702 m2. The project is to build a resort with a central reception house, high-rise hotels such as TA Resort, JA Resort high-class beach resort villa area, and mountain resort villa area with public service works, on an area of 120,117 m2 along with 68,585 m2 of construction area of a residential area with spacious structure, modern, harmonious with green spaces, and water surfaces in harmony with nature.
Notably, during the implementation of this project, the company cooperates with the local authority to embellish and renovate the existing residential area to combine high-class resort services at the project with Homestay service to help tourists experience life in typical houses, depicting characteristics for the culture, lifestyle, aquaculture and seafood activities of Binh Dinh people. In addition, the traffic is expanded with 02 wharves for tourism and boat anchoring along with internal roads up to 15m wide, connecting with National Highway 1D, creating a very convenient transport system to serve visitors.
