TTVN Group and Sermsang Power Corporation Public Company Limited (SSP) of Thailand signed a Joint Development Agreement on the V1-2 wind power project in the morning of 24 September 2019.
Attending the signing ceremony were Mr. Dang Trung Kien – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Le Dinh Ngoc – General Director, Mr. Hoang Dinh Loi – Deputy General Director, Leader of Renewable Energy Department and Truong Thanh Tra Vinh Wind Power Joint Stock Company on TTVN Group’s side; Mr. Varut Tummavaranukub – General Director and some key members of SSP were on the partner side.
This is the second renewable energy project in Vietnam that SSP cooperated with TTVN Group following the success of the Binh Nguyen Solar Power Plant project with a capacity of 49.608 MWp that generated commercial power at the end of May 2019.
TTVN and SSP signed the Joint Development AgreementV1-2 wind power plant is located at the coastal floodplain in Truong Long Hoa Commune, Duyen Hai Town, Tra Vinh Province with an expected area of 1222 ha. The designed capacity of 48MW, the expected power of the substation of 63 MVA. The project was granted the Investment Policy Decision on 24 April 2019 by People’s Committee of Tra Vinh Province and committed to create all the favourable conditions so that the investors can successfully finish the Project as scheduled.
