On the afternoon of September 6, 2017, at the headquarters of Truong Thanh Vietnam Investment and Development Company Limited (TTVN Group) took place the signing ceremony of an investment cooperation agreement between TTVN Group and Kumagai Gumi Co., Ltd.
Kumagai Gumi Co., Ltd., headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, is a company with many years of professional experience in the design, investment, and construction of infrastructure for large projects, requiring investment capital and a high technical level. Some typical projects of Kumagai Gumi in Vietnam include: the construction of Expressway 1A and the upgrading of Expressway No. 2. Currently, Kumagai Gumi is focusing on developing rooftop solar power projects in Vietnam, this is also the field that TTVN Group has been investing in.
The investment cooperation agreement has opened up opportunities for extensive cooperation between Kumagai Gumi and TTVN Group. With their existing strengths, the parties are committed to supporting each other in capacity, technology, and potential partnerships and giving each other priority to participate in projects being developed and invested by both sides. During the meeting, TTVN Group requested Kumagai Gumi to consider the possibility of cooperation for its two projects, including the construction of the Binh Nguyen Solar Power Plant in Quang Ngai and the construction of a Waste Treatment Plant in Lam Dong.
Also during the meeting, Kumagai Gumi introduced and suggested TTVN Group cooperate with Kyudenko Co., Ltd., a contractor specializing in the construction and installation of electrical systems, including solar and wind power in the world. TTVN Group highly appreciates the possibility of cooperation with Kyudenko, so Kyudenko will arrange to visit and work with TTVN Group as soon as possible.
With a long-standing reputation and the affirmation of outstanding quality in the installation and construction of works and projects, cooperation with Kumagai Gumi will certainly be a good opportunity for TTVN Group in improving product quality, building the brand, expanding the business scope, and cooperating with potential partners from Japan.
